For Tutors

Parents pay the tuition fees directly. For the first month, they transfer 50% of the fees to MOE as our commission and the remaining 50% to you. From the second month onwards, parents pay 100% of the fees directly to you. You do not need to pay any commission out of pocket.

We match assignments based on your subjects, levels, availability, rate, and teaching style. When a suitable request comes in, we will contact you directly via email.

We ask tutors to commit to at least 4 weeks (one month) of lessons whenever possible. This helps provide consistency for the student and builds a strong learning relationship. If you need to stop earlier due to valid reasons (e.g., schedule conflict or illness), please inform us as early as possible.

We expect all tutors to maintain high standards: be punctual, well-prepared, professional, and communicate clearly with both parents and students. Respect the student’s learning pace and provide honest feedback. Consistent performance helps you receive more assignments from us.

No. Joining our platform and receiving assignments is completely free for tutors. We only earn our commission from the first month’s fees after a successful match is made and lessons begin.
