Frequently Asked Questions
You pay the tutor directly for all lessons. For the first month only, 50% of the total tuition fees goes to MOE as our commission, and the remaining 50% goes to the tutor. From the second month onwards, you pay 100% of the fees directly to the tutor. There are no ongoing agency fees after the first month.
If the tutor isn’t the right fit after the first lesson, simply let us know and we will arrange a free replacement for you at no extra matching cost. We’re committed to helping you find the right tutor quickly and smoothly.
No long-term contract is required. You only commit to the lessons you actually take. Most parents and tutors agree on a minimum of 4 weeks for consistency, but you can stop or change tutors anytime by giving reasonable notice.
Yes. You can request fully online lessons, home tuition, or a mix of both. Just mention your preference when submitting your request.
