7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and your use of the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
You agree that any claim or cause of action must be brought within one (1) year after the claim arises, or it shall be forever barred.
8. Changes to the Site
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site or its services at any time, temporarily or permanently, without notice or liability. We may also update Content at our sole discretion.
9. Miscellaneous
